She states she was a victim of sexual assault when she was 14 years old while walking home from school in an area with increased gang activity. She also alleges she was abused by her uncle on multiple occasions and states her family did not believe her at the time. She developed HPV with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN 1) confirmed by colposcopy. She suffers from anxiety, PTSD, and has developed an eating disorder. She dropped out of high school at the age of 16 and ran away from home multiple times during her teenage years. She feels alone and has distanced herself from her family. Currently, she is not taking any medications for the above conditions. She drinks 5-6 beers on the weekend and uses marijuana daily.
