During the course of your interview, he states, "I have had this pain in my belly for two weeks now." He reports passing flatus and feeling tired all the time. He goes on to say that it started about the time he changed shifts at the post office, and that sometimes he has diarrhea so bad he can hardly finish his route without multiple stops to go to the restroom.
