One of your patients has been difficult and occasionally disrespectful to staff throughout his stay. As you go into his room, the resident communicates to the patient he will have to stay in the hospital an extra day due to a delay with his MRI scan. The patient suddenly explodes and yells at the resident: "Your kind is always so incompetent! Go back to your country. We don't want you here. Nurse!
