It has been said that "EQ" (Emotional Intelligence) is more important than "IQ" (Cognitive Intelligence).

Part 1: Choose one of the quadrants in the emotional intelligence competencies model (p. 90 of text) and provide an example of a time you observed an individual act in a way that was not emotionally intelligent (It can be yourself) and why you believe that it was not. What were the consequences? What should they (you) have done to act in an emotionally intelligent manner? Why?
