7. Do you have one? Or would you consider having one?

8. What is a power of attorney? What does it have to do with a living will?

In this written assignment you are to answer the previous questions in a word document and then ?nd a living will sample to include in the document. Do not just copy the living will, but use the format that includes:

- Who you grant permission to determine your choices if you are incompetent
