Problem 2: Suppose you came up with a new product or idea that landed you on the Shark Tank TV program. You were successful in getting the funding you asked for from your favorite shark. Now you can precede full speed into growing your business. What leadership skills will you want to further develop to help your organization grow and prosper in a global marketplace? Why is it important for you to grow these skills? Lastly, what do you think is the most important skill for a leader to have? Why?

In addition to the Maxwell text and workbook, use at least one other resource to support your discussion.
