A 76 years old male with NKA is admitted for left hip fracture after falling from a tracker. Patient is post op with history of DM2, HTN and CHF. CBC with differential showed low hemoglobin and hematocrit. Patient report no bowel movement since post op but has balance intake and output + 1235mL. He rates the pain 2/10at the site of injury. He is alerted oriented X3. Assessment showed every other system with in normal limit. Patient reported dizziness when ambulating with PT and felt. PT report no injury. He is taking
