You will have the opportunity learn and experience the dynamics of working in a team as you complete the case study assignment. Reflect on YOUR individual personal experiences, feelings & perceptions of your "team experience" as you answer the following questions:

1. Recall the "Stages of Group Development""and the "Punctuated Equilibrium Model". Choose ONE of these models and relate to YOUR specific experience as you worked on the case study with your team. Make sure you discuss each step or stage as it relates to your experience.
