Directions
What: Write a reflection paper based on the three sections below for MGT 370. Length: 10-pages (8 pages for sections, 1 title page and 1 references page).
Style: Ariel 12-point font, double-spaced, one-inch margins; write your name, and team name in the upper right hand corner. Use Section subheadings in your paper - i.e. Section 1, Section 2 and so on.

SECTION ONE: Personal Skills - 5-pages (two concepts, per chapter, per page) Choose two concepts from five separate chapters (except chapter 4) covered in the course. Remember to bold each instance of the concepts in your paper. Then explain how you will use what you learned from each of those concepts in your future career path. How will you apply the concepts? Remember to provide examples and detailed description in your responses.
SECTION TWO: Interpersonal Skills - 2-pages
Reflect back to chapter 4. What did you learn about your communication style and active listening skills in this course? What communication style do you prefer and why? Remember to provide examples and detailed description in your responses.
SECTION THREE: Group Skills - 1-page (2-3 paragraphs per item)
Reflect back on your group project and answer the two sections below. Dig deep and be honest.
• Part 1: Describe one action, you, as an individual, could have taken this semester that would have improved the group project experience for all of your team members and state why it would have improved the group's experience.
• Part 2: Describe something you learned this semester that you would use in a future group project so that team members feel valued and appreciated.
