For this task, construct your own job announcement for the Director of Sports Marketing at Hillside College. Use the guidelines from your textbook to create an effective job advertisement: AIDA (attention, interest, desire, action).

After creating the announcement, name five specific sites you will use to promote your open position.

Part 2: Next, generate 12 sample interview questions, three from each of the four categories found on page 170 of your text.

4. Decision Making and Problem Solving

Make sure they are detailed and specific to the Director of Marketing position at Hillside College. .
