Q1): Mrs. Clark has been working for her organization for past 6 years
and has shown consistently high performance over the time. Though she had been expecting a promotion for last 2 years, she is not promoted this year too. With a heavy heart and resentment, her absenteeism increased and performance declined. Her behavior is evident of her job dissatisfaction.
a): Identify the different components of attitude in this scenario.
b): Also identify what could be the constructive or destructive responses of Mrs. Clark's dissatisfaction from job?

Q2): Interpret the following behavior in the light of Hawthorne effect:
a): John has failed an exam while rest of his friends have passed with flying colors. He is now avoiding his friends and turning down any offer to hang out.
b): The productivity of production department increased exponentially after announcement of Ted as a "Star Employee".
c): The teacher instantly looked at the watch as Sarah entered late in the classroom.

Q3): Maria is the new Creative Head in an advertising company. She is the only woman in the entire department with around 10 males holding vast professional experience reporting to her. She has been assigned a new campaign of launching a cosmetic brand. While discussing the ideas for campaign, Maria realizes that the senior employees are reluctant to accept her creative style and female leadership. Considering the size of campaign, she is also planning to hire more people in her team but afraid of the cold response from the senior lot.
