Question: For this computational problem, what could be an efficient algorithm in pseudocode or in steps.

For input, you have a positive integer k and a bipartite graph G = (L ∪ R, E), with some edges T ⊆ E, which are coloured red.

The output is the same graph with, possibly more, edges coloured red such that every vertex in G is incident to exactly k red edges, if possible. ie. we cannot uncolour any of the already red edges in F , but, we can colour more edges to reach the goal.
