Case Study: I have learned in this course to my future career is to be more observant of co-worker's feelings and be a better listener. Also, I will try my best to watch that I treat employees fairly and careful not to come across as treating one employee different from another employee. A topic that most interested me was discrimination laws. The reason why this topic interested me is because the business I work for now the managers tend to choose an employee they favor over the other employees and that employee is allowed to get away with more than the others, whether it is intentional or not.

I think human resource in the next few years will have more responsibility. I think that even executives will have to discuss and get approval from human resources on everything before they act on any decision that is made within the organization. I will make sure I am well informed and more observant of anything that is happening within the organization.
