Problem: Starbucks Analysis

I. Customer analysis (an elaboration of the customer segments and/or customer behaviors of coffee drinkers)

II. Competitor analysis (a minimum of one paragraph description of multiple competitors (who they serve, what they do and how they deliver their products.)

III. 3Cs + CVP, Tradeoff and fit (best location' 'proper ambiance' and 'roasting process' are the core CVPs)

IV. Quantitative analysis and data point (this part I will need data and numbers to examine Starbucks, like revenue, labor cost etc and how these numbers affect Starbucks, and what other value-added analysis can you include)
