You are working as a carer and allocated nurse from Rosedale home care team. You are visiting Lora at her home for initial assessment. While you were explaining her rights, you noticed, multiple disruptions. As her house is near a construction site, loud noise was coming at regular intervals from extensive refurbishment and modification of a nearby old building. Lora confided in to you that she does not feel safe near her husband. Her husband also interrupted you at few occasions and pushed you to complete your assessments as soon as possible and leave their house. Their front wall was broken and people walking past can look in, and each time there is a noise or other outside distraction the client loses concentration.
