You have asked your analytics department to see if they can predict retention risk for your high performing employees. You intend to use the information to proactively retain these employees. The analysts have developed an algorithm that has 70% accuracy, which is considered very good. Gender and age are two of the many variables that go into their analysis.
Review the table below and develop a response to how the code of ethics applies to using the results of this algorithm. Below are questions to consider as you develop your response. You may integrate one or more answers to these questions in your initial post.
Question 1: What are the pros and cons of using this algorithm? Given the code of ethics, would you use the results?
