Need a 7 page paper that presents a comparison and analysis of cognitive psychology and the positive psychology movement. The paper needs to address the following elements:

  • What are the key ideas in each theory? 
  • How do these theories relate to each other historically? 
  • How were each of these theories influenced by, and influential upon, the zeitgeist in late twentieth century and early twenty-first century America? 
  • How has research supported these theories? 
  • Which one of these movements, if any, do you think will have the most lasting impact on psychology in the twenty-first century?
