Some of the critical objectives of any company is Identifying and prioritizing under critical business elements, knowing the entire supply chain to determine if all is needed and what can be combine to determine inter-dependencies, identify the potential failure points along the chain, reducing working capital, and increasing inventory turns. Having goals and dead line for goals can help visually and and sustain all critical objectives.
