Chapter 6 addresses selection test reliability and validity. Had you given much thought to these topics before reading about them in the chapter? Why or why not? Also, what are some potential reliability and/or validity issues with selection instruments common to your profession and/or organization (past, present, or hopeful future)? Why might this be?

Chapter 7 identified errors that can undermine an interview's usefulness.
