He watched his father beat his mother since he was three, drank alcohol at 5 years old because it was prevalent in his parents home and started doing crack cocaine at 12 years old. He is a recovered alcoholic with 1 year of college and a certified nursing aide. He worked as a teachers assistant in 3 middle schools briefly. He is now homeless, unemployed and realized that he wants to quit drugs and need help. He has tried on and off to quit crack cocaine but fall off each time and wants to understand his triggers, get clean and live a better life. Form a case conceptulization.
