The pain is described as sharp, stabbing in nature, localized, pain scale is 8/10 aggravated by movement and unrelieved by anything. It is accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite. The patient is afebrile. Past Medical History is unremarkable. The patient has no DM, Asthma, Kidney disease. He has no known allergies. Family History of colon CA on the paternal side. The review of systems is unremarkable
