Jesse is a person with a learning disability who is trying to get a job at a manufacturing plant. Jesse was told to review various materials before they can interview. They feel that they are well qualified to do the work, but are worried about the interview process and getting the support they need. For example, Jesse has poor reading skills and may have difficulty understanding the equipment training manuals (even though they will not have to read as part of the job)
