His two children have graduated from college and he and his wife are now "empty-nesters." Vincent, Jr., is an officer in the Navy and his daughter Valerie is an engineer in Texas. Vinny has had an interest in wine and grape growing for many years. Now, with more time to devote to other activities, Vinny recently started a winery with an initial investment of $1,000,000. Since the winery is new, he expects it to be eight to ten years before the winery makes a profit.
