Smith Enterprises is struggling with employee motivation and organizational culture. Employees feel frustrated with a lack of communication and do not feel supported by management. Additionally, many employees do not feel the organization is supportive of diversity, equality, and inclusion. This has led to a high turnover rate.

Develop a leadership tool kit for the managers within Smith Enterprises that outlines the following goals:

  • Establishing social justice in the workplace.
  • Utilizing different models and effective communication styles.
  • Creating effective equity with workplace inclusion.
  • Offer at least two methods to improve organizational cultures inclusive to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
  • Identify equality effects on employee satisfaction and how this can affect productivity in the workplace.

Leaders will refer to this tool kit to improve their leadership style and relationships with employees. Make sure to also include within the tool kit:

  • the purpose and goal of this tool kit,
  • the role of leadership in employee job satisfaction for these goals.
  • descriptions of at least three leadership theories and how they can be applied to the outline goals.
  • effective communication strategies to assist in achieving these goals.
  • what changes are needed and how they will be implemented for each goal?
