Case Study: Brad is a sixteen year old high school student. He enters into a contract for the purchase of a signal jammer with a sales representative. A signal jammer is an electronic device that can block communications signals from mobile phones which is illegal in Australia because they can interfere with emergency services communications. On the day that Brad entered the contract to purchase the signal jammer he was supposed to be in school but he skipped to hang out at the mall with his friends. The sales representative told Brad that if he didn't enter the contract he would report him to his school headmaster. Brad no longer wishes to pay for the signal jammer. The sales representative is threatening to sue Brad for breach of contract.
