Question: Come up with a solution using CSS, JavaScript and HTML:

Using the appropriate means, dynamically populate a HTML select element with values from 0 to 255. Do not write HTML with values from 0 to 255, it must be done dynamically. The id of target select element will be passed into the function as a parameter, when you dynamically build it. The select elements cannot have any values hard-coded. When theDOMContentLoaded event is triggered, populate all three select elements, one at a time.

The HTML needs to have a div, that is rendered like a circle with no background color. There will be 3 different select elements in your HTML page. (See previous paragraph). One select element for all the different colors of red. One for all the different colors of green. Lastly, one for all the different colors of blue. The values of each of them will be set with your function that generates their values.
Have a button, once clicked will change the background color of the circle to take the red/green/blue values.

Have another button, to clear the select elements back to their defaults and clear the circle's background color back to white. Do not simply reload the page. You can use native JavaScript or jQuery in your solution.
