As the Human Resource Manager of an international organization, how will I make a presentation to my company's board of directors on the decision to include internal whistleblowing policy in our annual strategy, my company's board wants to understand internal whistleblowing policy and the specific socio-cultural challenges we will face in case we implement the policy.
