Assignment:

Describe an example showing how the following four types of memory work together: episodic, semantic, procedural, emotional. [Example: When we remember going to a Japanese restaurant, we recall not only when and where we ate and whom we were with (episodic memory), but also the nature/quality of the we ate (semantic memory), the method of using chopsticks to eat (procedural memory), and the embarrassment we felt when we spilled tea (emotional memory).]

What would happen if auditory information faded as quickly as visual information fades. Give an example from everyday life to demonstrate. [Note: Visual short-term memory will have a longer and more accurate duration than auditory short- term memory because cognitive processing of each occurs via different brain functions.]
