Question

Know the different type of taxes and their rates in Spokane WA. Also describe the tax rates that individuals pay and the tax rates that corporations pay.

I need to know the state laws that effect this sector of the economy (health care). Start out by googling and then pursuing information that google retrieves. I also need to know federal laws that affect health care and how a hospital would operate in Washington. This is very important. This could easily be very detailed, but it's probably more important that I acknowledge the main ones and any that are state specific and well-known.

I also need data on the number of health care providers, medical schools, specialized medical services in the Spokane WA area. This information is vital to the infrastructure section. In addtion, I need to know real estate trends, transporation characteristics i.e. the size of the airport, train, or any other transporation model that is an asset to the city. If possible, I need to know whether these modes effectively serve the public. I also need to know about the potential to expand and develop Spokane. For example, is there a lot of potential to increase and develop residential and commercial property in the area, or are they limited due to a lack of resources, lack of available land, etc. This is extremely important information that will determine whether the infrastructure exists or is possible to attract a large health care provider to locate there.
