RL is a 67-year-old male with chief complaint "I have trouble urinating and feel like I never fully empty my bladder." He reports progressive urinary symptoms over the past 2 years include urinary hesitancy, weak urine stream, nocturia, frequent urination and occasional dribbling after urination. No history of dysuria, hematuria, fever, or back pain. Current medications include lisinopril 20 mg po daily, atorvastatin 20 mg po daily, aspirin 81 mg po daily. Physical exam shows bp 128/82, HR 72. DRE reveals a symmetrically enlarged, firm prostate with no nodules. Lab tests show PSA 5 ng/mL, sCr 1.1, and normal urinalysis. What is your diagnosis and how would you treat this patient (include complete medication order)? Also include patient education and monitoring.
