Treating asymptomatic patients with Diuril can lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart disease and future health complications. Common side effects from Diuril include dizziness, upset stomach, and loss of appetite. A potential long-term effect could be dehydration. Overall, Diuril is a great drug that has been on the market since 1958. It was the first drug of its kind to treat a chronic illness. Treating asymptomatic patients can lead to decreased health complications as we are addressing the issue from the start as opposed to the last stages.
