Based on this case study:

1. Identify and explain the business needs of the organization.

2. Analyzed and discuss two training problems of the call center supervisor, and provide and solution for each problem using the data provided in the case study to support your analysis.

3. Explain how a HRIS could provide a viable solution to the training problems.
