Her duties included sorting mail, delivering bills to the accounts payable, and responding to client and potential client, requests for information. One afternoon while the company executives were attending happy hour, Slick a representative of AA stopped by to sell Big Booze a new line of french wines. Although Tipsy explained that none of the Big Booze managers were in the office, Slick described the wines in detail. Tipsy told Slick that Big Booze already had a line of wines ad were happy with their supplier. Slick offered Tipsy a free sample of the wines. Slick then produced a contract for Tipsy to sign. Though Tipsy was hesitant she signed the contract agreeing to accept 1,000 cases of wine. Big Booze rejected the contract. If AA sues to enforce the countract, is Big Booze bound?
