Each data box will have –

the number of operators.

Cycle Time (operator).

The Cycle Time of machine (if any).

First Time Through Yield (quality rate).

The amount of WIP inventory in between each operation.

Any associated time the WIP is waiting between operations.

The total lead time from the time that the order is placed until it is received by the customer. And also analyze this information and determine what the amount of time is where the value is added and what the time is that is spent waiting.
