Anthony:

I am Anthony. I live in Houston and work as a paramedic for a county based system south of where I live. My goal is to get my bachelor degree in health care management to advance my career or open up my opportunities moving forward in life.

In my opinion the best "secret" to success is to be sincere in whatever you do. You can screw up royally, but if people believe that you had the right intentions then they will be a lot easier with their judgments. From patient care to administrative decisions. As long as the people you are serving feels as though you working with interests in mind then you have won half of the battle. In all aspects of health care you need to have trust and dependability.
