The mass center of the unbalanced disk of weight W is located at G, which is a distance of R/2 from the center for the disk. In the equilibrium postition, the two springs attached to the rim of the disk are undeformed. Determine the natural circular frequency of the disk for small oscillations by the engergy method. Use the following data:
