In this task, I have followed the Point method for the job evaluation system which is basically done to identify the worth of that particular job. Here, it has been performed for four different jobs - Grounds worker, draft person, medical lab technologist, and clerk steno. These have been evaluated on the basis of four compensable factors which are skill, effort, responsibility and working conditions and as per this I have scaled the compensable factors.
