You impressed Mariah the General Manager of GWC Company, with your thoughts around Employer Branding. She wants to interview you for a Talent Acquisition role! She has two questions.

"You've told me about the need to have reliability and validity in our selection process; what are two main benefits of having a reliable and valid selection process?"

"Tell me two things we should do to ensure our selection practices are reliable and/or valid." (any combination of 2 best practices for either reliability and/or validity)."

Refer to the topics discussed so far from weeks one to six ... there's no need to define/explain reliability and validity as general concepts, Mariah learned them in previous college courses and from her colleagues in HR at other companies. But note: you are responding to a business leader, not an academic or a statistician.

The Interview is one of the most important steps of the selection process and serves a multitude of purposes.
