Case: Think of the organization that you are presently working in (or an organization that you previously worked in or an organization that you are familiar with). To what extent is the organization using a high performance HR strategy? Why or why not? Be sure to address such issues as organizational strategy and culture, the use of the 13 Pfeffer practices (see below) and internal and external fit. What could the organization do to improve the human resource function? Be sure to support your answer with reference to the course materials.
