You have a successful background in organizational development and change management consulting. You have just been hired by a large Fortune 500 facilities management company, to start and oversee a new Organizational Development department within the company. The firm is very political, has a lot of hierarchical structure, centralized decision-making, lacks diversity, and operates in functional departments. The organization would like to start a long-term strategic change plan. They do not expect for this process to occur overnight, they are open to a long-term, steady approach to the change.

The President and CEO of the firm has asked for you to come to the next upcoming board meeting to present a plan of action on how and why it will be beneficial to expand job benefits and how will it be done.
