Question

You are asked to observe/assist with a minimum of 3 programs while on placement. (I.e playing scrabble, basketball, art and craft). At the end of the placement, you will submit a portfolio explaining these programs. When describing the programs, you can use pictures from placement (ask for permission first and ensure the clients have signed a media release if you include them in photos) or take a picture of the activity with no clients there (i.e., if it is an art program- take a picture of someone's artwork). Use the activity analysis form (see example below) to ensure you cover/explain all the necessary information for the program. Please write in paragraph form to explain all aspects of the program and what you learned from observing or assisting in facilitating the program.
