A 55-year-old male returns for his scheduled appointment stating that since changing jobs two months ago his stress level has decreased, and he is now sleeping through the night and has time with his family. Patient states that the buspirone was helpful at the time but is no longer taking it as he doesn't feel that he needs it. Also, the patient is ready to quit smoking cigarettes but is unsure how as he has tried and failed several times. He smokes two packs per day. Five minutes of smoking cessation tips are discussed along with medication options. Patient stated that he would try without medication first. The patient and provider agree for next appointment to check the status in three months. Buspirone is discontinued. Current diagnoses: F43.23 Adjustment Disorder with anxiety and F17.2 Tobacco Use Disorder How do you code this visit?
