Echo Server and Client

Write a program that, using sockets, listens on a port (specified as a command line argument to the program) for connections. When a client (which you also need to write) connects to the server, the echo server should createa new thread for that client. For every created thread, it also assign a number. This number is unique and increments for every created thread.

In the thread, the server read a string from the client and then, first, echo the string back to the client. Second, write that string in a shared file among all the threads. Write_your code in a way that only one thread can have access to the file in a time.
