A 28 y.o. woman come to the ER with complaints of a headache after she fell at home. During the assessment on admission, the nurse notes multiple bruises of various stages healing all over her torso.. She has no broken bones. When asked how she acquired these, the client said she was clumsy. While in the ER, a nurse enters to tell her that the boyfriend of the client is here to take her home. Upon hearing this news, the client becomes frightened and tells the nurse that he has hit her many times and dos not want to leave with him, He also has threatened to kill her if she tells anyone.

1. What other individuals should be involved in the caare of this individual and why?

2. Who should make the decision on discharging the client since there is no specific reason for admission physically?
