This individual assignment requires each individual student to independently reflect on the entire learning process when completing Group Assignment 1 on Indigenous Peoples. Your individual reflections should be organized to cover the following phases: 

1. Sourcing and securing a SME interview candidate
2. Managing the interview scheduling with the candidate
3. Preparing for the interview
4. Conducting the interview itself
5. Following up after the Interview

 This is not a group project and thus, students are strictly not to consult or discuss the learnings among the group members but to do self-reflection to ensure originality in your learning. The key questions you will reflect on each of the above phases are: 

1. What went really well?
2. What did not go well?
3. What will I do differently or improve upon if given an opportunity?
