Social Media Use In The Hiring Process

An ethic of non-discrimination must permeate the hiring process. Develop a social media protocol for Company X to use in the hiring process. Be sure to examine the state law of the state,(NORTH CAROLINA) in which you reside to determine whether statutes have been enacted to guide employers in the use of social media. Provide citations for statutes identified. Based upon your findings, draft a social media policy for your company. Prepare training materials that you will use to present to company management on the new policy.
