Question

Anita just graduated from a social media marketing program. But she knows she doesn't want to spend her days actually doing social media. If she did, her income would be limited by the number of hours she could work times the hourly rate she charges. She'd prefer to innovate in the industry by founding her own, scalable entrepreneurial venture, taking a big risk now for a potential bigger reward later. Using your knowledge of the social media landscape, identify a problem her product could solve or a market opportunity her product could address, and who it would be for. Your solution can be a radical innovation or an incremental innovation. You have one restriction: Anita doesn't want to spend her hours consulting, so it must be something that she creates and is able to sell passively many times, without her doing labor in order to produce each transaction. For instance, you might have seen entrepreneurs turned down on Shark Tank because their product or service isn't "scalable" and likely to make a big enough profit for the investing Shark, because the founder themself has to produce each item they sell.
