Her husband insists on being by her side and talking to her despite Mrs. Phillips' frustration in not being able to answer his questions. Her husband reports that for the past week she has been complaining of episodes where het heart felt like it was beating fast and irregularly but then it would resolve. Her husband also stated that she has been complaining of pain in her right foot for the past week. Mrs. Phillips has been trying to quit smoking for the past month and has been using nicotine patches. Her husband reports that she does not regularly check her blood sugar and eats what ever she wants. She is 5'4' and weighs 250 pounds.
