Mike was a 45-year-old male and a registered nurse who works at community hospital in Ohio. He has changed his career from business management to nursing two years ago. During his practice in hospital setting, he ignores washing hand when enter his patient room, touch fomites without caution. The infection control staff at the hospital has given him many verbal and written warning about the importance of infection control measures. He still failed to comply in the facility he works for several months. Recently he had febrile and has a severe pain on his skin. In additions he developed redness, pus, swelling and sometimes itching on his bilateral legs. He was seen in the ER department and the physician who evaluates him has ruled out Mike to be in a private room.
