When they returned they were assist of 1 with gait belt for transfer to wheelchair from bed and vise versa. NP was update of the near miss fall and wanted pt to be sent to ER for X-ray. Pt refused ER visit and X-ray siting she is okay and was not hurt. Family was notified of the fall. Pt was given tylenol on 3/3/2025 pm shift for pain. Next morning the AM nurses reports tylenol was not effective and pt reported pain and it was reported to NP. Np visited with Pt. and they did not report pain and no orders were written from the visit. Pt was reported to be okay."
